Atai’s brain was always buzzing with wild, flying thoughts— “whirr, whirr, whirr” —they never stopped spinning! Sometimes he watched cartoons while worrying about unfinished homework, then he’d remember the soccer game he didn’t finish last week, and then—oh no—he’d start worrying about the next test. All those thoughts were like a wild wind, blowing his heart this way and that, so he could never sit still. At night he couldn’t sleep, and during the day, he forgot how to smile. One day, Atai heard a story. Far away in the mountains to the southeast, there lived a mysterious old grandma everyone called “Still as Water.” Long ago, when she was young, she had been a wise woman in the city. People said she could help others untangle their worries and find answers hidden deep inside their hearts. But after many noisy years, she left the busy city behind, built a tiny bamboo house in the mountains, planted flowers, sipped tea, and basked in the sunshine. Sometimes, when visitors came, she would talk with them gently and kindly. When Atai heard this, it was like a little lantern lit up inside his heart. “Maybe… maybe she can help me find peace!” So he packed his bag, climbed over hills and crossed rivers for many days, until he finally reached a quiet mountain village wrapped in bamboo groves and clear springs. In front of a little bamboo house, vines swayed softly in the breeze. The old grandma was sitting on the porch with her eyes closed, as calm and still as an ancient pine tree. Atai tiptoed up to her, bowed, and said, “Grandma, my heart is always so noisy. I want it to be quiet. Can you teach me how?” The grandma slowly opened her eyes and smiled like the first warm wind of spring.  “Of course,” she said, “but first—let’s play a little game.” She took out a tiny blue-and-white teacup, filled it to the brim with clear mountain spring water, so full the water curved like a bubble on top. “Here’s the game,” she said. “Carry this cup all the way to the big old locust tree at the village gate, and then come back. But— not even one drop can spill! ” Atai’s eyes grew wide.  He held the cup carefully and walked very, very slowly. The stone path was a little crooked. Chickens clucked, dogs barked, and children ran by chasing their kites, laughing like little silver bells. But Atai didn’t hear or see any of it. His eyes stayed on the water. Like a quiet little cat, he stepped… and stepped… and stepped, not spilling a single drop, all the way to the old tree and back again. “Grandma!”Atai came running back, grinning from ear to ear. “I did it! Not even one drop spilled!” The grandma squinted and smiled. “Very good. But tell me—did you see the children playing? Did you hear the dogs barking?” “Uh… no.”Atai scratched his head. “I was only looking at the water.” The grandma nodded softly. “That is the secret. When you focus only on one small thing, your mind can’t run away to the past, and it can’t rush ahead to worry about the future. Just now, you only had the water in your heart, so your heart became quiet and calm.” Atai’s eyes sparkled. He bowed happily. “So peace isn’t something we have to find out there. It’s been inside us all along! As long as I keep my heart in this moment, peace will come.” From that day on, Atai was no longer the frowning, restless boy he used to be. He had learned how to quiet his heart—and he walked home, step by step, light and carefree. 很久很久以前,在群山环绕的喜马拉雅,有一座安静的小村庄。村里住着一个十岁的小男孩,名叫阿泰。 阿泰脑袋里总是有各种各样天马行空的想法,“嗡嗡嗡”转个不停。 他常常一边看动画片,一边想着没做完的作业,又想到上次没踢完的那场球赛,一会儿又担心下次的考试会不会考不好。这些乱七八糟的念头像一阵狂风,把他的心吹得东倒西歪,无法静下来。他晚上睡不好,白天也忘了怎么笑。 有一天,阿泰听说,在远远的东南群山里,住着一位神秘的老婆婆,大家都叫她“心如止水”。 听说这位老婆婆年轻时是城里的智者,她有一种能力,可以帮别人解开心结,让见过她的人都能找到自己心中疑惑已久的答案。后来,她不想再听那些吵吵闹闹的事情,就搬到大山里,建了一间竹屋,种花、喝茶、晒太阳,过着静静的日子。偶尔,会有人去拜访他,她也会温和地聊上几句。 阿泰一听,心里像点亮了一盏灯:“也许,她可以帮我找到心里的平静!” 于是,他收拾行囊,翻山越岭,走了好几天,终于来到了那个被竹林和山泉环绕的小村子。 竹屋前,藤蔓轻轻摇着,老婆婆正坐在廊下,闭着眼睛,像一棵老松树一样安静。 阿泰轻轻走上前,弯下腰说:“婆婆,我的心里总是很吵很吵,我想静下来,您能教我吗?” 老婆婆缓缓睁开眼,笑得像春天的风一样:“当然可以呀,不过,我们先来做个小游戏。” 她拿出一只青花小茶盏,倒满清清的泉水,水面鼓得圆圆的,好像随时都会溢出来。 老婆婆说:“端着它,从这走到村口那棵老槐树,再走回来。 一滴水也不能洒出来哦! ” 阿泰瞪大眼睛,小心地捧着茶盏,慢吞吞地走出去了。 石板路有点歪歪扭扭,鸡在咯咯叫,狗在汪汪吠,小孩子在一旁追着风筝跑来跑去,笑声像银铃一样清脆。 可阿泰什么都没听见,眼睛只盯着茶盏里的水,像一只轻轻走路的小猫,一步一步,一滴不洒地走到老槐树,再走了回来。 “婆婆!”阿泰兴冲冲地跑回来,“我成功啦!一滴水都没洒出来!” 老婆婆眯起眼睛笑了笑:“那你有看到孩子在玩耍吗?有听到狗在叫吗?” “呃……没有呀。”阿泰挠挠头,“我光顾着看茶盏里的水了。” 老婆婆轻轻点点头,“这就是秘密呀——当你只专心在一件小小的事情上,你的心里就不会被过去的烦恼拉走,也不会被未来的担心吓到。刚才,你心里只有茶盏里的水,所以心就变得安安静静的了。” 阿泰眼睛一亮,开心地鞠了一躬:“原来,平静不是去外面找的,它一直就在我们心里呀!只要把心放在这一刻,平静就会出现。” 从那天起,阿泰不再是那个总是皱着眉头的小男孩了,他学会了让心静下来,一步一步,轻轻松松地走回了家。

Sometimes, we wish the universe were a judge ⚖️, punishing the “bad guys” 😈 or rewarding the “good ones” 💖. But that’s really our own wish, because we feel uncertain inside. The universe itself doesn’t play that role. It’s like a silent referee: neutral, calm, and fair. A Forest Story: The Eagle and the Rabbit In a forest 🌳, there was a little rabbit 🐇, happily hopping on the grass 🌱. High above, an eagle 🦅 circled in the sky ☁️. The eagle needed food to survive. One day, it swooped down and caught the rabbit. Looking at this scene, you might think: “Oh no, the eagle is so bad! 😱” or “Poor rabbit! 🥺” But think again: the eagle must eat to live — it isn’t “evil,” it’s just being an eagle. The rabbit doesn’t attack, but runs into its burrow 🕳️ — that’s its instinct too. The universe allows both eagle and rabbit to exist. The eagle catching prey isn’t “evil,” and the rabbit running isn’t “kind.”They’re just living by their nature. What we call “good” and “bad” are often just our feelings. Three Secret Rules of the Universe 🔑 1 Balance (Fair Referee) The universe doesn’t punish you; it only shows the results of your choices. Imagine playing basketball 🏀 without tying your shoelaces 👟. You start running, and then you trip and fall 🤕. That’s not the basketball court punishing you — it’s just the natural result of not tying your shoes. The universe works the same way: neutral and fair, simply reflecting your choices. 2 Truth (Real Footage) The universe is like a camera 📷: it captures exactly what’s there. If you’re smiling 😄, the picture shows a bright smile ☀️. If you’re frowning 😖, the picture shows that too. The universe doesn’t “add filters” ✨ — it simply develops your inner thoughts into the outer picture of your life. 3 Delay (Growing Seeds) ⏳ The universe takes time to reveal results, just like planting a watermelon seed 🍉. You won’t get a watermelon immediately. First it sprouts 🌱, then it flowers 🌼, and only later comes the juicy fruit 🍉. In the same way, a kind intention 💭💖 doesn’t always show results right away. The bigger and more sincere the seed, the longer it may take to grow 🌳 — but it will, in time. Look at Intentions, Not Just the Surface Often, we only see the surface of people’s actions, not their original intention. For example: A kid often lends his tools to others. On the surface, he looks generous. But if his true thought is: “I want everyone to think I’m great. You need me to achieve the task. Without me, you can’t do this.” Then the “help” is really about showing off importance, making others dependent. That’s not true goodness. But if another kid lends a tool thinking: “I want you to finish your task, and I hope next time you’ll bring your own tools.”That’s sincere kindness 💖. It helps the other person grow freely 🌿 and take responsibility. So true goodness isn’t just about what you do — it’s about why you do it 💭. Are you empowering others 🌈, or just trying to make yourself look important and restricting other people? The Universe Doesn’t Judge Good or Evil — Only “On the Path” or “Off the Path”  The universe isn’t keeping a scoreboard of “good guys” and “bad guys.”It just shows whether you’re walking the right path — the path that matches the bigger flow of life. If you spend your time growing your own garden 🌱 — planting good seeds 🌸 and taking care of them step by step — following your own soul map, instead of waiting for weeds to grow in someone else’s ⚡, you’ll feel much happier and have more inner certainty. The real champion 🏆 isn’t the one who stares at the rule book all day. It’s the one who actually focuses on playing their own game 🎮 of life — and learns how to win it! ✨ 大朋友小朋友们,你们有没有想过:宇宙里,到底有没有“好人”和“坏人”? 究竟什么是好和坏? 其实,宇宙并不会像童话故事里的国王👑一样,给人发奖章或者惩罚。宇宙更像一个超大的游戏 🎮,它有自己的规则,我们可以叫它宇宙法则,它就安安静静地在那里存在着。 有时候,我们希望宇宙像一个“法官”,替我们去惩罚坏蛋👹,或者奖励那些善良的人。但那只是因为我们自己心里不够安定,希望有人替我们出头。但宇宙不是这样的。它就像一位沉默的裁判员,不偏不倚,只负责把规则呈现出来。 森林里的故事:老鹰和小兔子 在森林 🌳 里,有一只小兔子 🐇,喜欢在草地上蹦蹦跳跳。天空中,一只老鹰 🦅 正在盘旋,它需要捕食才能活下去。一天,老鹰俯冲下来,抓住了小兔子。 看到这个场景,你可能会觉得:“老鹰真坏!😱”、“小兔子太可怜了🥺。”可是仔细想想,老鹰要吃东西才能活,它并不是因为坏才去抓兔子,那是它的天性。小兔子不主动攻击,而是努力跑进洞穴🕳️,也是它的天性。 宇宙允许老鹰存在,也允许兔子存在。老鹰吃兔子不是“恶”,兔子不攻击也不是“善”,它们都只是按自己的方式生存。所谓善恶,常常只是我们人类的感受和判断。 宇宙的三个秘密规则 1 公平的裁判 宇宙不会“惩罚”你,它只是让你看到自己选择的结果。就像你去打篮球 🏀,却没把鞋带系好。结果跑着跑着摔倒了🤕,那不是篮球场惩罚你,而是因为你没系鞋带。 宇宙也是这样,它只是把你的选择反馈回来。 2 真实的镜头 宇宙就像一部照相机 📷,你是什么样,它就拍下什么样。你笑得灿烂 😄,镜头里就是阳光的笑容 ☀️;你皱着眉头 😖,镜头里也是皱眉的样子。所以,宇宙不会“修图”✨,它只是把你内心的东西,慢慢拍成你生活里的画面。 3 慢动作延迟显现 宇宙的回馈需要时间,就像种下一颗西瓜籽 🍉。今天种下去 🌱,明天不会马上吃到西瓜,你要等发芽 🌿、开花 🌼、结果 🍉。同样,一个善意的念头 💭,可能要很久才会开花结果。真正有价值的东西,往往要用耐心等待 🕰️。 看见起心动念,别只看表面 很多时候,我们只看到别人做事的表面,却没看见他们最早的“起心动念”。 比如,有一个小伙伴常常把自己的工具借给别人。表面看,他好像很大方,总是帮助别人。可如果他心里的真实念头是:“我想让大家都觉得我特别好,你们都得靠我,没有我,你们就做不了这件事。”那么,他的“帮助”其实是在证明自己的重要,同时也在限制别人的发展。久而久之,这并不是真正的善。 但如果另一个小伙伴在借出工具时,心里是想着:“我希望你能完成这件事,也希望你下次能准备好自己的工具。”那就是一种真心的帮助,能让别人慢慢学会对自己负责的同时,自由生长出他们自己的样子。 所以,真正的“善”,不是看你做了什么,而是看你的念头 💭 - 你是想成全别人🌈,还是只想限制别人、让自己看起来厉害? 宇宙没有好坏,只有“在道上”或“不在道上” 宇宙不是在玩“好坏”的游戏,而是在看:你有没有顺着生命的规律走?你有没有走在属于自己的道路上?当你把注意力放在自己身上,走在属于自己生命成长的道路上,认真播下好种子,,而不是天天盼着别人“遭报应”⚡,你就会进入游戏的正向循环,你的心就会越来越安定,不会总是和别人比较。 真正的游戏赢家 🏆,不是研究宇宙怎么惩罚别人,而是学会玩好自己的游戏人生 🎮✨!

That’s your brain growing super fast. 👦👧 Teenage Brain “Cleanup” During your teenage years, your brain does a “spring cleaning.” It removes some connections it doesn’t need, so you can be ready for adult life, emotions, and friendships. 🧑 Brains Keep Changing People used to think the brain stopped changing at 18, but scientists now know it keeps growing and rewiring until at least 65! That means you can always learn new skills, change your habits, and redesign your life. ✨ Manifestation = Brain Training Some people talk about the “Law of Attraction.” In science, it’s about training your brain. Here are the four steps: Awareness  – Know clearly what you want in life. Focus  – Notice what thoughts, habits, or people hold you back. Also spot the opportunities that can help you. Practice  – Try things that bring you closer to your dream. Accountability  – Don’t make goals too big! Break them into small steps. Use a vision board, journal, or a friend to keep you on track. 🌈 Vision Board Tip Put a board with pictures of your dreams next to your bed. Look at it every morning and night. This tells your brain: “This is important!” Soon, you’ll start noticing chances to reach your goals—like magic. 💡 Little Experiments If you feel scared to start, do a mini step first. Want to be fit? Try a 10-minute walk. Want new friends? Say “hi” to one person. Small actions build confidence. And don’t forget - celebrate your wins ! Let’s break it down in a fun and simple way — with examples and steps you can actually use! 🌟  1. Tiny Changes Matter Imagine a plane flying from Beijing to Lhasa. If it turns just a few degrees, it’ll land in Nepal instead of Tibet - Small changes, big impact. Your life works the same way -  Getting 1% better every day for a year? That’s 37 times better by the end! Getting 1% worse every day? You’ll feel like you’re going backwards. 🧱  2. Your Identity Shapes Your Habits Want to be a filmmaker? Don’t just say “I’ll shoot more.” Say, “I’m a filmmaker.” Want to climb more mountains? “I’m a cilmber.” Every small action becomes a vote for the person you want to be. It's not about goals like "I’ll get an A this year."It’s about systems — the daily actions that make those goals possible. 🔁  3. The Habit Loop: Cue → Craving → Action → Reward Let’s say your phone buzzes. You crave  to know who texted. You check  it. You feel satisfied . That’s a habit loop. To build good habits, you need : 📘  THE FOUR LAWS OF HABITS ✅  Law 1: Make it Obvious → Put your book on your bed to remind you to read. → Leave your water bottle on your desk. Use this sentence: I will [ do the habit ] at [ time ] in [ place ]. E.g. I will stretch for 5 minutes after brushing my teeth. 🎉  Law 2: Make it Attractive → Combine something you need to do with something fun. E.g. “I will do 10 pushups while listening to my favorite song.” Join people who already do what you want to do — like a reading group or a sports team! 🚀  Law 3: Make it Easy → Use the “2-minute rule”: start super small.
