Imagine your life is a cake with 9 pieces. Each piece is something important in life, like:


🍎 Health:

  • Body (Are you moving, playing, staying active?)

  • Mind (Are you learning, thinking, feeling okay?)

  • Soul (Do you feel happy and peaceful inside?)


❤️ Relationships:

  • Family

  • Friends

  • (If you have: Romance, maybe?)


💼 Work & Dreams:

  • Your mission (What do you want to learn or do?)

  • Money (How you feel about saving/spending)

  • Growth (Are you getting better at things?)


Give each piece a score from 0 to 10, based on how you're doing now. Be honest — it’s not a test!

Then, add one extra score for JOY. Are you enjoying your days?


🎯 Now ask: Which 2 or 3 areas do I want to feel better about this year?


🎉 Step 2: The 12-Month Celebration


Imagine it’s exactly one year from now, and you’re having a party! 🥳 You’re smiling and saying, “Wow! I really did it!”


Ask yourself: “What do I want to be proud of 12 months from now?”


Maybe you want to say:

✔ “I made new friends.”

✔ “I ran faster!”

✔ “I learned how to sing in English!”

✔ “I got up earlier.”


Pick 1 big thing for each area you care about, and write it down. That’s your “celebration goal”! 🎈

Bonus trick: Add “while having fun along the way” to your goal. That way you enjoy the journey, not just the result.


🗓 Step 3: Design Your Ideal Week


Here comes the magic calendar 🪄🗓

Take a blank weekly planner or calendar. Fill in the basics:


🛏 Sleep time

🍽 Meals

🎒 Work


Now ask: “When do I want to play, rest, exercise, learn, hang out with friends, or sing?” Create your Ideal Week — what a happy, balanced week looks like for you. Be realistic, and leave space to chill. This shows you where your time goes, and how to fit in the things that matter most.

You don’t need to be perfect. No one can be perfect!

But if you try these 3 steps — the Life Cake, the Celebration, and the Ideal Week — you’ll be closer to a year that feels bright, balanced, and joyful.

给每一块蛋糕 打一个 0 - 10 分,看看你现在在哪些方面做得还不错,哪些需要多一点努力。

再在这个分数上面,加一个“快乐”的分数:你每天快乐吗?

🎉 第二步:一年后的狂欢


想象一下,现在是一年后的今天,你正在和朋友庆祝:“哇,我真的做到了!”你会希望自己说什么?

✔ “我会唱英文歌了!”

✔ “我终于能早起了!”


每个你想改善的领域,选出一个最想达成的状态,写下来。我们把它叫做“理想中的自己”。

来打造一张属于你自己的“理想周计划”吧!在一个空白的日历上,先写下你的:

然后问问自己:“我什么时候想运动?想玩?想学点新东西?想和朋友聊聊天?”

安排出你理想中的一周。不需要完美,开心舒服就好。😊
